Floor Plan:
Most booths are 8' x 10' but several spaces have been combined or subdivided to accomodate the size needs of our dealers. Each space is "walled off" in a manner whereby the size of the space can be adjusted and to allow for privacy and distinction in each space. An 8' x 10' space is $125.00 per month; however, any space changed from the original 8' x 10' area will be priced according to the change made. Our leases are 3-months and then month-to-month.
You may put your name on our "waiting list" for a space by submitting the form in the "Contact Us" section of this website specifying what type of antiques you want to sell and the space or spaces you wish to reserve. We will contact you for an appointment to explain our policies and complete lease paperwork when a space becomes available. At that time a deposit of $100 and your first month's rent will be due.
We Provide:
* Full staff of personnel with your interest and profitability in mind.
* Security monitoring.
* Full-service accounting & bookkeeping including monthly reports.
* Payment of North Carolina sales tax.
* Inventory tags for pricing and identification of your items.
Our Pricing:
* One 8' x 10' space = $125/monthly.
* Management will retain 10% commission on sold items.
* Minimum lease period is 3 months.
* Deposit of $100 is necessary to reserve your space.
* Lease renewals after 3 months are month to month.
* Deposit will be retained if lease term is broken.
